2. Cancellation & Refund:
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a partial refund.
- No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
3. Guest Responsibilities:
- Valid ID proof is required for all guests during check-in.
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow hotel policies.
- Any damage to property will be chargeable.
